For our Tailor range we are offering Free worldwide delivery on all orders. Delivery costs may be in effect in the future. Please allow 10 to 15 days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 15 days please contact email@example.com
If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them in exchange for a full refund. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the order being placed.
Please note, we only accept refunds on full priced items; unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer and any postage costs incurred when returning an item(s) will not be refunded.
We also recommend that you post back your item using a secure postal option such as ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’, as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages when out of our hands.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm your refund. Your refund will be processed within 5/7 working days via the original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
